[NS] All Hallow's Install - BlazBlue Tournament

In honour of Rachel's birthday, we've decided to throw a little Halloween tournament! This tournament will count towards your season ranking!
Cost: $2.00, all proceeds towards The Last Gamestore Projector Bulb Fund.
Rules:
- Double elimination.
- Matches are best two out of three rounds. Sets are best two out of three matches.
- Time is set to 99 seconds.
- Unlockable/DLC characters are allowed.
- Unlimited characters are banned.
- Pausing or any interruption during a match is a match forfeit, unless your opponent says otherwise.
As a special stipulation due to the holiday nature of this tournament, you may only play on the Halloween stage!
